How do I return / exchange items?
- For local customers, you can exchange any unwashed or defective merchandise with a tag intact within 2 working days from order received. Email us at email@example.com and the team will advise on exchange process either at our boutiques or mail.
- Oversea customer has to scan/picture the said product(s) and email to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification within 3 working days from order received. BLUM will send the replacement product(s) via mail upon approval. Normal delivery lead time applies.
- For online purchase only, you can either request for a size exchange, exchange it for another item of the same price, or top up for an item of a higher pricier.
- Exchanges can only be done once per invoice
- Only product in sellable condition is allowed for exchange
- No refund of difference if price of new item is lower than the original item

Promo Code T&Cs
Limited to one promo code per customer transaction only.
VIPs are entitled to the use of their VIP code OR any ongoing promo code that is applicable to all.
The management reserves the right to amend any terms & conditions without prior notice.
How do I get a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 3 days with the tag on and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
For other special cases, do drop us an email at email@example.com with the order number to facilitate our refund process.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.

Terms and conditions
- Shipping rate exclude customs duty, taxes and any other local charges incurred at the time of clearance of a shipment and which will have to paid by the customer at the point of receiving the item.
- Weight restriction in express per piece must not exceed the 30KG (50 dress).
- Liability coverage up to US$100 (One Hundred United States Dollars Only) per each international courier shipment.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining his own insurance. BLUM can help the customer to obtain insurance at a nominal fee if needed.

We provide free shipping for all items, usually it will take 7 working days, sometimes there might be a slight delay up to 12 days.

We currently ship with free shipping over SGD $500 purchase. Do remember to select the option during checkout or individual shipping cost will be apply to the following countries:
